摘要
解决建筑物中不利位置热用户与中间用户的热量表计量的数据差别过大的问题是保证热计量收费公平合理的关键.以位于哈尔滨的15栋住宅楼为对象,分析了综合修正系数的变化规律,得出了有使用价值的结论.
The key factor of the allocation of heating charges fairly and reasonably that the great difference of heating meters between unfavorable apartments and inside apartments were settled. This paper selected 15 residential buildings located in Harbin as object, analyzed the changing rules of comprehensive correction factor and drew some valuable conclusions.
