叙述了一种新型中功率驱动组件的研制情况 ,通过利用冗余设计的基本理论 ,将串、并联的晶体管及电阻等分离器件 ,研制成集成电路系列。文章提供了该系列组件的内部详细电路图和各项技术参数 ,简述了一种该系列组件的应用实例。经过试验证明 ,新型驱动组件作为继电器类或等效负载的驱动电路 ,可以确保其不出现单点失效现象。

The developed situation of a new medium power driving model is presented in this paper. Make use of base theory of redundant design, series-parallel separated transistors and resistances the series of integrated circuit are prepared. This paper provides detailed circuit figure and technology parameter on the series model and gives an application example. Test results show that, when used as driving circuit for relay or other switches, can ensure that the single point failure would not appear.
