摘要
我们曾利用各种不同的氟硅试剂制备了氟酰胺(F-NYWG)、氟烃(F-YWG)、四氟乙烯五聚体丙氧基(F-OYWG)等键合相高效液相色谱填料,其中F-NYWG经数年使用证实了在相当广的范围内应用性能优越,对改进峰形对称性及拖尾因子、缩短分析时间起了良好的作用,过去我们将F-NYWG填料仅仅用于正相色谱分析,最近通过实验证明F-NYWG填料在反相色谱分析中对一些含氟药物、酚类、甾体多醇等有机化合物的分析均给出令人满意的结果,我们并将其与F-YWG及YWGC_(18)H_(37)做了性能比较。
The fluoro-amide bonoed phase packing (FN-YWG) can be used in tne reversed-phase mode HPLC. Good results in tne analysis of fluoro-containing drugs, phenols, polyhydroxyl steroids can be obtained. When comparing with YWG C18H37, FN-YWG ana F-YWG give a much shorter retention times towards some hydroxyl organic compounds. Relating to tne experimental data shown in the previous reports, we consider taat FN-YWG packing may be used in either normal phase or reversed-phase mode in HPLC.
