摘要
介绍了采用光电瞄准的双折射仪的工作原理。从理论上进行了误差分析,并从测试中得到了证实。经使用,该仪器重复性好,可靠性高,测试精度高。
The working principle of double refraction instrument adopting photoelectricity aim is introduced.Error is analysed in theory and confirmed from testing.By using,the instrument is characterized by good repeatability,high reliability and accuracy.
