通过分析电机的使用环境和损坏情况,提出了电机绕组浸漆工艺在电机修理工艺中的重要性;找出了影响电机绕组浸漆质量的主要原因,提出了提高电机绕组浸漆质量的主要措施及工艺,并通过实例说明改进效果。

Through analyzing the use environment of motors and damage conditions, this paper points out the importance of pain-soaking technology in repairing motors, finds out the main reason influencing winding quality, puts forward the countermeasures and methods and explains the results by practice instances.
