摘要
针对矿用提升机卷筒容易开裂、塌陷、开焊或连接螺钉剪断等现象,应用大型有限元分析软件 ANSYS 对提升机筒壳进行了线性分析。为了节省计算机资源,简化了提升机筒壳的力学模型;考虑在静力状态下,建立了有限元分析模型;计算筒壳应力分布及强度大小,并对其结果进行分析,从而得出木衬对提升机卷筒的影响,为提升机生产厂家和用户提出了建议。
In order to prevent the crack, dent, welding line split and snipping bolt of the cylinder, focuses on the linear analysis of the cylinder through ANSYS, which is a big finite element analysis software. In order to save the computer resources and because it is under the statics condition, this thesis simplifies the mechanical model of the cyclinder, establishes the finite element model and calculates the results, and finally, we get the effect of the wood on the shell of the cylinder and can give a lot of advice to factories and users.
