摘要
借助交流阻抗测试技术、汽车用A F(空气与燃料的质量比 )氧传感器响应时间测量装置及SEM ,对敏感材料为Y2 O3 稳定ZrO2 多晶固体氧离子导体 (YSZ)的Pt YSZ电极结构氧传感器其特性在不同烧结温度下电极形貌的关系进行了研究 ,同时提出了一种有关Pt YSZ电极界面的形貌模型 ,采用此模型对不同烧结温度下的电极形貌Pt 空气 YSZ三相界面长度进行了定量计算。
By means of complex AC impedance and the response t im e -measuring instrument of the air-fuel ration oxygen sensor, as well as SEM, ob servation on the electrode appearance of the Pt/YSZ(yttria stabilized zirconi a) electrode structure at different firing temperature show notable effect on the Characteristic of Sensors. In addition, a new model of the electrode and ele ctrolyte interface (Pt /YSZ) was presented and the length of triple phase bound ary of electrode at different firing temperature were calculated by this model
