单炉双载气串联毛细管系统色谱行为的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本工作将一台102G-D型气相色谱仪改装成单炉双载气串联毛细管系统,并通过研究物质在该系统中的保留指数变化,着重对极性不同的两柱次序、载气种类及其次序、载气流速以及温度等的变化,对系统的选择性、分离度和分离效率等色谱行为的影响规律进行了考察,从而为这种串联系统工作参数的优化提供依据。本工作为不更换色谱柱而获得具有不同选择性的色谱系统,提供了一种可供选择的途径。 Based upon a Model 102G-D Gas Cnromatogr-aph, a series-coupled capillary column system has been refitted with two columns, in a single oven and the second carrier gas introduced at the Joint of the two capillaries and an FID at the exit of the second capillary. The influences of the sequence of the columns differing in polarity, the variety and the sequence of the columns differing in polarity, the variety and the sequence of the carrier gas, the carier gas velocity and the column temperature on the selectivity, the resolution and the separation efficiency of the system have been investigated for a number of varied combinations by studying the changes of the retention indices of test substances havingdifferent polarities. The operating parameters have also been tested and optimized. The results showed that the technique can be successfully employed in the selectivity optimization by adjusting carrier gas velocity in the two capillaries without the need of replacing the columns themselves. Aad it Is pointed out that the system may even easily be applied for the automated selectiviy optimization controlled by a desk-top computer.
