摘要
介绍了大孔径网状聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备工艺,着重讨论了多元醇种类及不同用量的催化剂、表面活性剂对泡沫孔径和经络的影响,分析了影响发泡反应的多种因素。实验结果表明:聚酯型网状聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备工艺条件更容易控制,力学性能优于聚醚型;采用L 580与EL 10或TW 80复合表面活性体系,可制备不同孔径、不同密度、不同粗细经络的网状聚氨酯泡沫塑料;采用A 33与A 22或A 33与有机锡类催化剂配合体系,易于控制反应的平稳进行;在污水处理中,网状聚氨酯泡沫塑料附着的菌体最多,是较佳的污水处理材料。
This paper has introduced the process of producing open cell polyurethane foam,and particularly discussed the effect of the different types and quantities of polyalcohol, catalysts, and surfactants impact on foam aperture, and analyzed the influences factors of foam reaction. The result shows that the process conditions of polyester type open cell polyurethane foam are easy to control, and the mechanics performance of polyester type is better than that of polyether type.We can adopt L-580 and EL-10 or TW-80 complex active system of surface to produce open cell polyurethane foam with different dimensions, different densities and different collateral channels thicknesses. It is easy to control action by adopting A-33 and A-22 or A-33 and organic tin catalysts cooperation system.In the process of treating polluted water, the open cell polyurethane foam can absorb most bacteria, and it is the better material for treating polluted water.
