5-苄基噻唑烷-2,4-二酮的合成

摘要 5 -苄基噻唑烷 - 2 ,4 -二酮是一新型抗糖尿病药物的关键中间体 ,本文以苯丙氨酸为原料 ,经氯代、缩合、水解二步反应制得 ,总收率 35 % ,产品结构经IR和   1HNMR分析证明与预期结构相符。 Benzyl-2,4-thiazolidinedione, an chief intermediate for the preparation of a new kind of antidiabetic medicines, is synthesized from phenylalanine through chlorination、 condensation and hydrolysis. The overall yield is about 35%, and the product is confirmed by IR and 1 HNMR.
