The Design and Assessment of the Adult Learning Course Model Based on "Dialogue,Structure,Autonomous Learning"

“对话、结构、自主学习”课程模式是成人学习课程设计的核心思想。课程资源的建设中必须重视文字教材的设计，在体现学科结构的基础上。要注意满足成人学习者对话和自主学习的需要；在课程实施环节应该根据课程目标设计不同的学习情境，促成学习者的反思；课程评价要根据学习者自主学习的特点，重视成人学习者的个性发展，从多角度进行考察和评价。

The course model of 'Dialogue, Structure, and Autonomous Learning' is the core idea of course design for adult learning. The design for Printed materials should satisfy the adult learners'needs for dialogue and autonomous learning on the basis of reflecting subject structure. Course implementing should create different learning context in the light of course object to promote learners'self - thinking.
