太阳能(包括风能、生物质能、空气热能、地温热能等)的科学利用,使得这些"农村能源"可以让城市更美好。文章建议将太阳能等可再生能源利用列入2010年上海世博会主题规划,在世博会场馆内外广泛展示太阳能高新科技的进步以及在城市中的应用,保证世博会场馆总能耗的50%来自太阳能等可再生能源,以期促成"上海十万个太阳能屋顶计划"、"上海10万kW近海风力发电场计划"以及"上海10万kW生物质能(含垃圾)发电计划"。希望到2010年,上海的可再生能源发电达到全市发电总装机容量的5%,成为实施《中华人民共和国可再生能源法》(草案)的先锋和模范。

The scientific utilization of solar energy (including wind energy, biomass energy, air heat energy and geothermal energy) can make the cities become more beautiful by the above-mentioned countryside energies. The use of renewable energy such as solar energy can be included in the topic planning of the Shanghai World Exposition. The progress of the high and new technology in the field of solar energy and its utilization in the urban area can be exhibited comprehensively inside and also outside the exposition hall. It can also be guaranteed that 50% of the total energy consumption of the World Exposition halls will come from the solar energy and other renewable energies which may help bring about the 'Shanghai one hundred thousand kW solar energy roof planning', 'Shanghai one hundred thousand kW of coastal wind power yard planning' and 'Shanghai one hundred thousand kW biomass (including garbage) generation planning.' It is expected that the capacity of renewable energy generation will reach 5% of the total installed capacity of generating units in Shanghai by 2010, becoming the pioneer and model of the realization of the 'Renewable energy code of People's Republic of China (draft) '.
