高校后勤社会化的理论与实践研究

摘要 高校后勤社会化是我国高等教育改革的必然组成部分,其实质是运用宏观调控和竞争机制,使高校后勤市场化。本文阐述了在后勤社会化的进程中,邓小平市场经济理论和“三个代表”重要思想是其理论指南;梳理了高校后勤社会化的操作经验,重点地研究了深圳信息职业技术学院院后勤社会化的实践步骤,并提出了深化发展的设想与思考。 The socialization of rear service of colleges and universities is an organic component of the reform in education as a whole, essentially taking the advantage of macroeconomic as means directing the rear service towards economic market. This paper is designed to emphasize that Deng Xiaoping's Theory of Economy and the important thought of 'Three Represents' be regarded as the theoretical guidance during the socialization of the rear service, brush up operational experiences in the field, sum up rules of the socialization at the authors' college in particular, and, last of all, put forward constructive suggestions for the further reform.
