The essence of the socialist is to achieve the freedom and all-around development of a person. The terminal aim of vocational colleges' students is to promote students to pursue self-improvement and to acquire the development of integration in mental and political education task. In order to carry through the conception of science development, the task of vocational colleges' students in mental and political education have to on the base of students.
