The Study on the Properties of Prehardened Die Steel Used for Plastic Manufacturing

本文通过对进口和国产718预硬化塑料模具钢组织、力学性能和加工性能的对比研究,阐述了 对上述性能的影响因素,从而为提高国产预硬化塑料模具钢的产品等级打下了技术基础。

With the constract studies of the structure, mechanical property and mechanical working property al of 718 prehardened die steel which were imported and domestic respectively, the factor of influence on the above -mentioned properties was described in this article. So that, the supporting technology for improving the grade of products of domestic prehardened die steel used plastic manufacturing is established.
