气象科学数据共享系统研究综述

SUMMARY OF RESEARCH ON METEOROLOGICAL SCIENTIFIC DATA SHARING SYSTEM

"气象资料共享系统建设"项目旨在构筑面向全社会的气象信息共享平台,项目对基本 气象资料、卫星气象资料和科学考察与试验资料的整合集成、质量控制方法、数据集制作技 术、数据分析技术、共享服务平台设计以及数据共享技术标准与业务规范等方面开展了综合 研究。在此基础上,项目组研制了一批规范标准的共享数据集产品;初步建立了由国家级和 部分试点省组成的分布式气象科学数据共享网络平台;制定了面向数据管理与共享的一些 技术标准与规范;并在气象资料公益性共享服务中发挥了很好的作用。

The main aim of 'Meteorological Scientific Data Sharing System Construction' project is to build a meteorological information sharing platform facing to the whole society. This project contains these fields: conformity and integration of basic meteorological data, satellite remote sensing data, and scientific experiment data; studying the methods of quality control; developping the technique of making data collection and data analyzing; the design of sharing service platform; researching data sharing technique standard and operational criterion. Based on these studies, a passel of standard data sets is made, the distributed meteorological scientific data sharing network platform which is composed of national department and part of experimental provinces are primarily established, some technique standards and criteria of data management and sharing are constituted; there leading to a good effect on meteorological data commonweal sharing service.
