与以往的采访不同，在bauma China 2004上，当记者采访神钢凯斯中国区总经理戴好威时，这个来自英国的曼彻斯特人没有丝毫的“绅士”风度。未等记者发问，戴好威就先发制人，反其道而行之，对记者做起了采访，连珠炮似地向记者提出了2个问题：你认为bauma China 2004展出的效果如何?观众中制造商、供应商、代理商及用户各占多大的比例?

Six years ago, at the bell of the new year, Howard Dale came to China and took up the post of general manager of Kobelco Case Construction Machinery (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd. with complacence and great ambition. However he came across the unprecedented challenges in China. He deep senses that there is nothing to be done easily but anything can happen in China. Therefore suffer-ing setbacks, he exhorts himself to probably accomplish anything; being smug, he also warns himself to uneasily obtain a success. Howard Dale works enthusiastically, selflessly and inflexibly. For this reason, he has a well-known saying: Working is very charming and joyful.
