外环线(西北段)桥梁伸缩缝质量控制

Quality Control for Expansion & Contraction Joints of Bridges in Northwest Section of Outer Ring Line

该文介绍上海市外环线(西北段)各种类型桥梁伸缩缝的施工质量控制。分析桥梁结构与伸缩缝的相互关系,找出质量控制点,提出切合实际的工艺流程。立足预控和主动控制;管理上强调依法操作;操作上强化实时监控。全工程共有桥梁单位工程55个,伸缩缝300多道,经检定,合格率100%;经3年运营,伸缩缝始终保持良好,被评为上海市政道路示范工程。

Introduced in this paper is the construction quality control for many types of bridge expansion & contraction joints in the northwest section of Shanghai Outer Ring Line. The interrelationship between bridge structure and expansion & contraction joints has been analyzed, the quality control points have been found out and practical technological process has been proposed. The inspection result shows the qualified ratio of all the 55 bridge unit projects and more than 300 expansion & contraction joints is 100%. After 3 years' operation, the expansion & contraction joints remain in good conditions. It has been elected the Shanghai Municipal Road Model Project.
