钻孔灌注桩施工质量问题的预防和处理方法

影响钻孔灌注桩质量因素较多,控制难度较大,若忽视,则可能产生质量问题和事故,造成经济损失和工期延误。该文对导管堵塞、钢筋笼上浮、桩身缩径、断桩等四个质量问题从产生原因到防止措施作了具体叙述。对于已出现问题的桩基,介绍了压浆补强的具体处理方法。

Affected by several factors, it's rather difficult to control the construction quality of non-displacement piles. In this paper, 4 quality problems such as conduct blocking, rebar cage floating, pile body contracting, pile breaking etc are described from causes to prevention measures. For pile foundations with something wrong, solution of grouting and strengthening is proposed.
