摘要
PolySwitch自恢复保险丝具有正温度系数 (PTC)效应 ,广泛用于家用电器、自动化仪表、计算机等电器及电气设备的保护电路中 ,具有体积小、种类齐全、开关特性好、能自行恢复、可反复使用和不需维护等优点。PolySwitch元件是非线性元件 ,其动作保护特性常以经验曲线形式给出 ,用户用查表法进行应用范围的选择 ,使用不方便 ,且误差较大。本文根据PolySwitch元件的动作特点 ,建立了PolySwitch元件动作保护特性的数学模型。比较表明 ,根据该数学模型绘制的仿真曲线与PolySwitch元件手册中给出的动作保护特性曲线形态一致 ,且与实测数据基本吻合。
With PTC effect, PolySwitch selfrecovery fuse is widely used in protective circuits of household appliances, automation meter, computer and other electric equipments. It has advantage of small volume, all complete kind, good switch characteristic, ability of selfrecovery, repeat usage and maintenance needless. As a non-linear component, its action protective characteristic is often given by experience curve. It's not convenient for user and has more error. According to the action characteristic of PolySwitch component, The mathematical model of PolySwitch component action protective characteristic is established in the paper. It's indicated that the curve is consistent in form compared with one of PolySwitch component handbook and agree with practical data point.
