The chloridizing disinfection of drinking water have the important impact on our everyday life and health . The following issues have been discussed mostly : the mechanics of volatile halodydrocarbon , which is formed by chlorination ;the principal volatile halodydrocarbon and its analytical methods ; the influential factors of chlorination forming THM ; main involatile organic substances and its analytical means ; the forms of natural organic substance in water ; the haloid activity of natural organic substance of different forms; the analytical ways concerning DBPs of environmental toxicology ; the effect of fluerine on health ; the toxicology about DBPs ,the side-product of chlorination ; the activity difference of mutagenesis of different disinfectant in dealing with water ; the research about new disinfectants ,and the improvement of disinfectants and its technology .
