摘要
本文用我们提出的直接寻优法,对反相液相色谱分离有机弱酸的流动相pH值进行了最优化,并提出了三种同时优化分离程度和分离时间的模式,优化结果采用了全谱图拟合技术,直接得到直观的模拟色谱图。计算结果与Deming等人的结果进行了比较。
In this paper, the direct search method of optimization, a new method for optimizing chromatographic operating conditions reported in our previous papers, has successfully been used for predicting the optimum pH value of mobile phase in the reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic separation of organic acids, and three modes are suggested for optimizing the separation conditions and the analysis time simultaneously.
