摘要
利用自行设计委托加工的蒸汽压片设备,选择不同温度与时间的工艺参数进行玉米糊化度与容重的测定试验,以确定蒸汽压片玉米的最适工艺参数。经筛选,得出蒸汽压片玉米工艺的最佳参数是处理温度90℃,处理时间50min;蒸汽压片玉米糊化度(X)与容重(Y)间还存在极显著的相关性(P<0.01),回归方程为Y=-6.05X+663.20(R2=0.9375)。
The equipment that can produce steam-flaked corn was manufactured and the technical parameter was chosen. The technical parameter chosen was processing temperature at 90℃,processing time at 50 minutes. Relation between degree of gelatinization and density of steam-flaked corn was found.The regression equations was as follow: Y=-6.05X+663.20 (R2=0.937 5).
