摘要
在芳香族溶剂与催化剂存在下,由椰油酸单乙醇酰胺与氨基磺酸通过硫酸化反应制得了椰油酸单乙醇酰胺硫酸酯铵盐(CMSA),用单因素优选法对影响硫酸化反应的因素进行了筛选,最佳反应条件为:椰油酸单乙醇酰胺/氨基磺酸/催化剂(摩尔比)=1:1.18:0.8,反应温度115℃,反应时间2h,产物质量产率达97.09%,并对CMSA的应用性能进行了测定。
The ammonium lauroyl monoethanolamide sulfate (CMSA) was synthesized from cocoanut fatty acid monoethanolamide and sulfamic acid with aromatic solvent and catalyst. The factors of its synthesis with sulfamic acid as sulfating agent were studied in detail. The optimum conditions were obtained as follows: the molar ratio of cocoaunut fatty acid monoethanolamide : sulfamic acid : cata-lyst=1 : 1. 18 : 0.8, reaction temperature 115℃, reaction time 2 h, the yield of CMSA is 97. 07%. The application properties of CMSA were measured.
