高氧液对外伤后急性弥漫性脑肿胀患者髓鞘碱性蛋白的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨早期静脉输注高氧液对外伤后急性弥漫性脑肿胀患者髓鞘碱性蛋白的影响。方法 我院 2 0 0 0年 1月至 2 0 0 3年 1月住院的外伤后急性弥漫性脑肿胀患者 112例 ,分为早期静脉输注高氧液组(5 8例 )和对照组 (5 4 )例 ,于治疗前后行髓鞘碱性蛋白 (myelinbasicprotein ,MBP)含量的测定 ,同时评定GCS评分的变化。结果 经高氧液治疗 ,治疗组MBP明显降低 ,与对照组相比 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 早期静脉氧疗可显著减轻脑组织的病损程度 ; Objective To explore the effect of hyperoxic liquid on the myelin basic protein in patients with posttraumatic acute diffuse brain swelling(PADBS).Methods A total of 112 patients with PADBS hospitalized from the year 2000 to 2003 were divided into two groups:treatment group,early treated with hyperoxic liquid,and control group,treated with routine therapy.The myelin basic protein(MBP)and Glasgow coma scales(GCS)were analyzed in the both groups.Results MBP decreased remarkably,while GCS were improved significantly in the treatment group.There was remarkable difference compared with the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Early treatment with hyperoxic liquid can alleviate the brain damage.MBP in cerebrospinal fluid can be a sensitive indicator of central nervous system damage in PADBS.
