摘要
中小学布局的本质是对城市教育资源进行优化整合,其核心是实施对基础教育资源管制。本文以镇江市为例,研究城市中小学布局的现状特征,以及规划管制面临的困境,提出三种规划管制模式。
This paper, with Zhenjiang city as acase, points out that there are two kinds of elements,material and non-material, influencing the layout ofschools in the city. By studying the current layout ofthe schools and the problems in planning control, itproposes to set a database of educational capital. It isconcluded with three urban control models of schoollayout to fit in with three different levels.
