缬沙坦对高血压合并2型糖尿病患者血管内皮功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察缬沙坦治疗前后原发性高血压合并2型糖尿病患者血管内皮依赖性舒张功能的变化,为高血压、糖尿病并发症的二级预防提供可靠依据。方法:选择符合纳入标准的高血压合并2型糖尿病的患者28例,男17例,女11例。采用高分辨超声技术,对28例高血压合并糖尿病患者服用缬沙坦前后的血管内皮依赖性舒张功能进行检测。结果:28例高血压合并糖尿病患者服用缬沙坦治疗12周后,收缩压、舒张压均明显降低(t=13.7,7.8,P<0.05),同时肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张犤(4.68±3.22)%犦较治疗前犤(2.50±4.00)%犦明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:原发性高血压合并2型糖尿病患者存在明显的血管内皮损害,缬沙坦在降压同时能有效改善其血管内皮依赖性舒张功能。 AIM: To observe the changes of endothelium-dependent vasodilation before and after treatment of valsatan in patients with essential hypertension combined by type 2 diabetes mellitus (EH+T2DM), so as to provide reliable evidence for the secondary prevention of hypertensive and diabetic complications. METHODS: Twenty-eight EH+T2DM patients (17 males,11 females), who were in accordance with the inclusive criteria, were detected with the high-resolution ultrasound to evaluate their endothelium-dependent vasodilation before and after treatment of valsartan. RESULTS: After valsartan treatment for 12 weeks, the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of the 28 EH+T2DM patients were obviously decreased (t=13.7, 7.8, P< 0.05);meanwhile,the brachial arterial endothelium-dependent vasodilation[(4.68±3.22)%] was remarkably improved compared with that before treatment [(2.50±4.00)%] (P< 0.05). CONCLUSION: EH+T2DM patients have obvious endothelial damage, valsartan can not only decrease the blood pressure, but also improve their endothelium-dependent vasodilation.
