鹰嘴豆异黄酮提取物对高脂血症小鼠的降脂作用 被引量:24

摘要 目的:观察鹰嘴豆异黄酮提取物对高脂血症模型小鼠血脂及肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛含量的影响,为进一步研究高脂血症致动脉硬化提供干预依据。方法:2004-06/07在新疆医科大学公共卫生学院实验中心动物房,采用雄性昆明种小鼠78只按体质量随机分组,高脂乳剂灌胃致小鼠高脂血症的同时,鹰嘴豆异黄酮提取物干预持续10d后,分离血清、制备肝匀浆,测定血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、肝脏SOD活力、丙二醛。结果:提取物对实验性高脂小鼠血清总胆固醇较高脂血症模型组有明显降低作用,中剂量组P<0.05,高剂量组P<0.01;各剂量组、阳性对照组三酰甘油较高脂血症模型组有降低趋势,但各剂量组间差异无显著性意义;对高密度脂蛋白胆固醇有升高作用(P<0.05);各剂量组和阳性对照组SOD活力较高脂血症模型组明显升高(P<0.01),丙二醛的含量较高脂血症模型组明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:鹰嘴豆异黄酮提取物对小鼠实验性高脂血症有较好的预防作用,尤其以降低胆固醇的作用最为明显。 AIM:To investigate the influence of extract of Cicer arietium L. isoflavones on blood lipid,and activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in liver of mice with hyperlipidemia,so as to provide interventional evidence for the further study of arteriosclerosis caused by hyperlipidemia. METHODS:The experiment was done in the animal room of experimental center,Public Health College of Xinjiang Medical University from June to July 2004.Seventy-eight male Kunming mice were grouped according to body mass.Mice models of hyperlipidemia were made by gastric perfusion of high lipid emulsion; meanwhile,they received intervention of extract of Cicer arietium L.isoflavones for 10 days,then serum was isolated,and liver homogenate was prepared.Serum levels of total cholesterol(TC), triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),SOD activity and MDA content in liver were measured. RESULTS:The TC level of mice in the middle and high dose extract groups were reduced more obviously as compared with that in the hyperlipidemia model group(P< 0.05,P< 0.01).The TG levels in the low,middle and high dose extract groups,positive control group had the decreasing tendency as compared with that in the hyperlipidemia model group,but there were insignificant differences among the three extract groups.The extract could increase the HDL-C level (P< 0.05).Compared with the hyperlipidemia model group, the SOD activities were obviously increased(P< 0.01),while the MDA contents were remarkably decreased(P< 0.01) in the low,middle and high dose extract groups and the positive control group. CONCLUSION:The extract of Cicer arietium L.isoflavones has better preventive effect on hyperlipidermia in mice,especially in decreasing the TC level.
