泪小管断裂修复术不同支撑固定法的临床观察

Clinical study on silicone intubation in repair of laceration of canaliculus.

目的 评估两种不同的硅胶管支撑方式在泪小管断裂修复术中的疗效。方法 选用内径 0 3mm ,外径 0 6mm空心医用硅胶管 ,采用两种环状支撑法治疗 67例新鲜泪小管断裂 ,平均随访 1 5年。结果 两种支撑方式术后支撑管稳定性好 ,3～ 6月拔管 ,随访期间泪道通畅 ,排泪正常。但小环状支撑法拔管前术眼有不同的刺激症状 ,内眦部有异物感 ,流泪 ,充血 ,分泌物多 ;而大环状支撑法却无此缺点 ,置管期间亦不流泪。结论 大环状支撑法在泪小管断裂修复术中优于小环状支撑法。

Objective To observe the effects of two ringlike support with silicone tube in repair of laceration of canaliculus. Methods 67 cases (67 eyes) of canaliculus break were treated with two different silicone intubation, small and large ringlike support.Mean follow up was 18 months. Results The silicone tube rings have a good stability postopetative in all patients.During the follow up,the lacrimal canal is open and the tears drainage is normal.The patients of small ringlike support method complained that they have tears,foreign body feeling and much more excretations in their eye before the silicone tube was removed.But there is not any above defects in the large ringlike method. Conclusion The large ringilke suport method is better than the small.It's a simple procedure and has a good results.So it suit to spreading in hospitals at different levels.
