功夫对印鼠客蚤杀灭效果试验研究

Studies on the Toxicity of Cyhalothrin to Xenopsylla cheopis

目的 :观察杀虫剂功夫对印鼠客蚤实验室的杀灭效果。方法 :用瓶膜法。结果 :(1)半数致死浓度LC50 :0 .0 0 16 75 14 % (0 .0 0 180 113%～ 0 .0 0 15 5 798% ) ;(2 )随着药物浓度的逐渐增加 ,KT50 呈现有规律的缩短 ,2 4小时死亡率也逐渐增高 :(3)当药物浓度为 0 .0 0 5 %、0 .0 1%时 ,KT50 在 7分钟以内 ,16分钟内击倒率均大于 80 .0 % ,2 4小时死亡率均大于 5 5 .0 % ;(4)残效 :0 .0 0 2 5 %、0 .0 0 5 %、0 .0 1%三种浓度 15 0天内残效实验 30分钟内的击倒率均为 10 0 .0 % ,2 4小时死亡率均大于 6 4 .0 % :结论 :功夫 2 .5 %乳油对印鼠客蚤杀灭效果较好 ,具有高效、速杀、残效较好、对人畜安全等优点 ,可用于大面积灭蚤。

Objective: The paper reported the results of study on the toxitocy of Cyhalothrin to Xenospylly cheopis in the laboratory. Methods: The residual smearing method is used in the laboratory. Results: (1)The LC 50 of Cyhalothrin is 0.00167514% (0.00180113%-0.00155798%); (2) The KT 50 is getting shorter an d shorter with the concentration gradually creasing, and the death rates of 24 hu ors are getting higher and higher. (3)When the concentration of Cyhalothrin are 0.005% 、 0.01%, the KT 50 < 7 minutes, and the shoot down rates of 16 minutes >80.0 %, the death rates of 24 hours)55.0%; (4) When the concentration of Cyhalothrin are 0.0025% , 0.005% and 0.01%, the shoot down rates of 30 minutes in 150 days are 100%, the death rates of 24 huors in 150 days >64.0%. Conclusion: The toxito cy of Cyhalothrin to Xenospylly cheopis is very good and Cyhalothrin can be used to control the plag ue in the field.
