大学新生乙型肝炎病毒血清学标志物的检测与分析

EXAMINATION AND ANALYSIS ON HBVM NEW STUDENTS AT COLLEGE

了解大学新生HBV的感染情况。方法 :用EIA法检测HBV血清学标志物。结果 :HBsAg阳性率为5 81% ,HBsAg阳性组的HBV标志物模式有 6种 ,并以“小三阳”和“大三阳”模式为主。HBsAg携带在性别间有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :为预防和控制HBV在高校内传染 ,应加强在新生中HBVM的检测。

Objective:To know the infection feature of HBV in fr eshmen. Mehtods: HBVM were examined by EIA. Results: The HBsAg positive rate was 5.81 percent and there were six HBVM modes in t he carrying HBsAg students that were chiefly HBsAb positive or HBsAg positive. Hhere eas significant difference in HBsAg positive rate between the male the fem ale (P<0.05). Conclusion: In order to prevent and control t he infection of HBV in college, we should enhance the examinations of HBVM in fr eshmen.
