尼莫地平联合复方羊角颗粒治疗偏头痛的疗效观察

Nimodipine combined with Compound Yangjiao Granule for the treatment of migraine

目的:比较单用尼莫地平与尼莫地平、复方羊角颗料两药合用治疗偏头痛的临床疗效和脑电图表现的差异。方法:选择经脑电图检测显示异常的偏头痛患者183例,分成两组(治疗组88例,对照组95例)。治疗组给予尼莫地平40mg,3次/天,口服,同时联用复方羊角颗粒8g,2次/天,口服。对照组单用尼莫地平,40mg,3次/天,口服。两组疗程均为7天。两组均于治疗前、治疗后7天接受脑电图检查。结果:治疗组临床改善者有81例,改善率为92.0%;对照组临床改善者有77例,改善率为81.1%。治疗组的临床改善率优于对照组(P<0.05)。脑电图检查结果表明,治疗组治疗有效者为80例,有效率为90.9%,对照组治疗有效者为72例,有效率为75.8%。经检验,两组有效率有高度显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:尼莫地平联合用复方羊角颗粒治疗偏头痛,临床疗效好,值得推广。

Aim: To compare the clinical efficacy and electroencephalogram (EEG) data after treatment with nimodipine alone or combined with Compound Yangjiao Granule. Methods: After EEG examination, 183 patients with migraine were recruited. They were divided into 2 groups: one group (n = 88, treatment group) were given nimodipine 40 mg, po, thrice a day, and Compound Yangjiao Granule 8 g, po, twice a day; control group ( n=95 ) were given nimodipine 40 mg, thrice a day, po. The treatmert for both groups lasted for 7 days. The patients in the two groups received EEG examination before and at d 7 after treatment. Results: In the treatment group, the clinical symptoms of 80 patients were improved. In control group the clinical symptom of 77 patients were improved. The improving rate in the treatment group (92. 0% ) was higher than that in the control group (81. 1 % ). EEG examination showed that 80 patients (90. 9% ) in treatment group had responses to combined therapy and 72 patients (75. 8% ) in the control group had responses to nimodipine therapy. Statistical analysis showed that the response difference was highly significant ( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: The clinical effect of nimodipine combined with Compound Yangjiao Granule is better for the treatment of migraine, so it is worthy of spreading.
