应力性尿道压力测定在女性真性压力性尿失禁诊断中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的 探讨应力性尿道压力测定 (stressurinarypressureprofile ,SUPP)在女性真性压力性尿失禁 (genuinestressurinaryincontinence ,GSI)诊断中的应用价值。方法 对 18例临床诊断为GSI的患者进行应力性漏尿点压测定 (stressleakpointpressure ,SLPP)、静态尿道压力测定 (resturinarypressureprofile ,RUPP)及SUPP测定 ,比较其结果 ,以 15例正常女性作为对照。结果 患者压力传导率 (pressuretransmissionratio ,PTR)及尿道关闭压 (urethralclosepressure ,UCP)以多次咳嗽的平均值计算 ,GSI组PTR及UCP各为 (0 63± 0 2 4)与 ((2 6 5 8± 2 1 43 )cmH2 O ,而正常组PTR及UCP各为 (1 78± 0 12 )与(83 42± 3 7 2 3 )cmH2 O。两组间上述指标的差异均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 SUPP在GSI的诊断中均具有一定意义 ,尤其是对于症状较轻的尿失禁患者的诊断 ,临床应用时与SLPP结合使用 ,可以提高诊断水平。 Objective To study the value of stress urethral pressure profile (SUPP) in the diagnosis of female genuine stress incontinence (GSI). Methods A total of 18 GSI patients underwent stress leak point pressure (SLPP), rest urethral pressure profile (RUPP), and SUPP. Results Our results showed that the pressure transmission ratio (PTR) and urethral close pressure (UCP) were respectively (0.63±0.24) and (-26.58±21.43) cmH 2O in GSI group. The PTR and UCP were (1.78±0.12) and (83.42±37.23 cmH 2O). There was significant difference in PTR and UCP in the two groups. Conclusion Though there are some limitations, SUPP is an important method in both diagnosis and evaluation of GSI. Combination of SUPP and SLPP can improve the level of diagnosis in clinical practice.
