摘要
干涉合成孔径雷达 (InSAR)可以获取地表的三维信息 ,但是由于雷达数据的热噪声等原因 ,使得干涉雷达获取的DEM存在高程奇异值斑块 ,严重影响了InSAR获取DEM的应用。鉴于高程奇异值斑块在DEM中分布的随机性 ,以及一般DEM数据具有的空间连续性和空间自相关性 ,针对这一问题 ,笔者提出了利用基于空间统计学的Kriging插值法插补DEM的高程奇异值斑块。本文对STRM提供的DEM进行了插补 ,同时对插补的结果进行了精度分析。
The 3D information of the Earth's surface can be gotten through interferometric synthetic aperture radar (InSAR). Because of the thermal noise of radar data, the error patches are always distributing on the DEM (digital elevation model) of interferometric radar. The DEM suffered from that is difficult to be applied. To this problem, considering the randomicity of error patch distribution on DEM and the spatial autocorrelation and spatial continuity of average DEM data, the Kriging interpolation method based on geostatisticsl is proposed to interpolate the error patch of DEM. The DEM produced by STRM (Shuttle Radar Topography Mission) is interpolated in this paper while the precision of interpolated results are analyzed . The DEM interpolated by the method proposed in this paper can meet the precision needs of common DEM application.
