摘要 目的:探讨根尖诱导成形术成功的相关因素。方法:用复方氢氧钙糊剂为诱导剂对183个患有牙髓炎、牙 髓坏死或根尖周炎的上颌切牙或下颌前磨牙进行根尖诱导。术前,依据根端形态将患牙分为Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型,观 察其疗效并对其相关因素进行分析。结果:复方氢氧化钙糊剂诱导根尖形成的总有效率为86.33%。其中Ⅰ型 80.28%、Ⅱ型87.84%,Ⅲ型患牙94.73%。结论:复方氢氧化钙糊剂诱导根尖形成效果良好。其疗效与牙位、根端 形态、根管充填材料、治疗方法有关。 Objective: To study the contributing factors on the success of apexification. Methods: 183 maxillary incisors or mandibular bicuspids with pulpitis or pulp necrosis or periapical periodontitis were collected and treated with the paste of compound calcium hydroxide. Before the treatment, the teeth were divided into type Ⅰ、Ⅱ and Ⅲ according to the shapes of apical foramen .Different curative effects were observed,and their relative causes were analysed. Results: The total effective rate could reach 86.33% .All Cases in 3 types had positive results with 80.28% effective rate for typeⅠ; 87.84%for typeⅡ; and 94.37%for typeⅢ. Conclusion: Compound calcium hydroxide could be used as reagents for the apexification. Cases with different shapes of apical forament result in different treatment effects. The effect of the apexification is closely related to the place of teeth; the shape of apical forament, the filling material for the root cannal and the method of treatment .
