螺旋CT三维重建在髁突骨折中的临床运用

The Clinical Application for the Condyle Fracture by Three-dimensional Rebuilding of the Helix CT.

目的:评价螺旋CT三维重建技术在髁突骨折诊断及治疗中的应用。方法:对11例髁突骨折患者进行CT 三维重建检查,通过三维CT影像对髁突骨折做出正确的诊断及指导临床手术的实施。结果:螺旋CT三维影像能 立休、精确、多方位地显示骨折的部位、范围、移位及旋转等情况。结论:三维CT对髁突骨折后检查具有独特的诊 断价值,同时对手术方案的制定具有指导意义,并能够优化手术方案。

Purpose: To evaluate the diagnosis of condyle fracture and treatment in the clinical application by three-dimensional rebuilding technology. Method: We examine 11 patients with condyle fracture by three-dimensional rebuilding, and then make the correct diagnosis by three-dimensional image so as to perform the clinical operation successfully. Result: The three-dimensional image can show the position, range, shift and rotation of the fracture, exactly and angularly. Conclusion: The three-dimensional CT has the unique diagnostic value for condyle fracture and the instructional meaning for the optimizing operation scheme.
