踝关节与距下关节矢状断层解剖学

Sagittal section anatomy of human ankle and subtalar joint

目的 :为踝、距下关节病变及损伤的诊断、修复和重建提供矢状断层解剖学基础。方法 :用成年男尸右足标本 5例 ,置冰柜冻硬后 ,每例切制 4个踝及后足部矢状断层标本。结果 :胫距关节矢状径最长为 31.9mm ,距骨滑车与胫骨关节软骨厚各为 2 .5mm与 2 .4mm ,胫距关节间隙为 2 .6mm ,内侧韧带厚为 3.1mm ;前、后距下关节软骨厚分别为 1.5mm、1.2mm与 1.7mm、1.4mm ,关节间隙为 0 .8mm与 1.4mm ,后距下关节矢状径最长为 18.9mm ,距跟骨间韧带长 8.6mm ,矢状径为 2 .6mm。结论 :本文结果为临床踝、距下关节疾患的诊治及关节镜技术提供了解剖学资料。

Objective: To provide sagittal sect ion anatomical data for clinical diagnosis and reconstruction of the injured and diseased human ankle and subtalar joint. Methods:Five right feet of male adults cadavers (3 fresh,2 fixed by formalin) were used. All specimens were frozen and cut into 4 sagittal sections. Results:The sagittal length of the tibiotalar joint was 31.9 mm, the thickness of articular cartilage of the talar and tibia were 2.5 mm and 2.4 mm, the space of the tibiotalar joint was 2.6 mm, the thickness of medial ligament was 3.1 mm;the thickness of articular cartilage of anterior and posterior subtalar joint were 1.5 mm,1.2 mm and 1.7 mm,1.4 mm respectively,the space of anterior and posterior subtalar joint were 0.8 mm and 1.4 mm,the sagittal length of posterior subtalar joint was 18.9 mm;the length and sagittal width of the interosseous talocalcaneal ligament were 8.6 mm and 2.6 mm. Conclusion:The findings of the sagittal section anatomy of ankle and subtalar joint provide a foundation for dependable anatomy and have clinical value for medical diagnosis and arthroscopy.
