摘要 目的 :为临床指甲的再植再造、修复整形提供形态学基础。方法 :测量 2 5 5例大学生的指甲长、指甲宽和手长、手宽等 15项指标 ,并对其结果进行统计分析。结果 :计算出男女各项指标的测量值。各均值的性别差异有显著性意义 ,各指甲长之间 ,各指甲宽之间均呈正相关 ,而指甲长与手长之间无相关关系 ,由其余各指推算拇指甲长的回归方程可靠。结论 :临床指甲再造和整形时可依据各指甲长之间的回归方程来推算应设计的指甲长度 ,而不应按手长估计 ,同时要考虑指甲宽长间的比例。 Objective: To provide a morphologic al basis for replantation,reconstruction and plastics of fingernail. Methods:Fifteen items were measured on the hands of 255 undergraduates and the results were statistically analyzed.Results:The mean standard deviation, correlation coefficient and width-length index of nail were calculated according to the measured value in both sexes. There were very significant sex differences in every mean items (P<0.001). The positive correlation bewteen nail length and nail width was significant (P<0.001),but not significant between fingernail length and hand length (P>0.05).The regression equations(P<0.001) to calculate the nail length of thumb were obtained. Conclusion:The choice of nail length in fingernail reconstruction and plastics can be decided by the regression equations between nail length but not by the hand length. Meanwhile,the proportion between nail width and length should be considered.
