摘要 目的 探讨乳腺癌中 Ki- 6 7抗原表达和 DNA倍体的相关性及临床意义。 方法 采用 SP免疫组织化学方法和 DNA图像分析技术检测 130例乳腺癌组织中 Ki- 6 7抗原表达和 DNA倍体 ,结合临床病理资料进行分析。 结果  Ki- 6 7抗原表达率与乳腺癌 TNM分期、腋淋巴结转移以及 DNA非整倍体率之间均存在显著正相关关系 (P<0 .0 1)。 结论  Ki- 6 7表达和 DNA倍体可以反映乳腺癌的细胞增殖活性 ,联合检测两指标对评估乳腺癌的生物学行为有一定的参考价值。 Objective To investigate the relation between Ki-67 protein expression and DNA ploidy and its significance for breast carcinomas. Methods The expression of Ki-67 protein and DNA ploidy was examined with SP immunohistochemistry and image cytophotometry respectively in 130 breast carcinomas. The association between Ki-67 expression rate, DNA ploidy, and the clinicopathological features of breast carcinomas were examined. Results The expression rate of Ki-67 was closely related with carcinomatous TNM stage, axillary lymph node metastasis status, and DNA ploidy(P<0.01). Conclusion Expression of Ki-67 and DNA ploidy may better reflect the cell proliferative activity of breast cancer and combined assay of tow markers get more value in assessing biological behavious of breast carcinoma.
