摘要
本文根据电机闭环控制变频调速原理,设计了摩托车底盘测功机测控系统,阐述了PLC在该系 统中的应用,并设计了硬件结构和软件流程。使系统实现了恒转速工作方式、恒转矩工作方式和自动道 路负荷方式运行。
A testing and control system of motorcycle chassis dynamometer is designed according to the electromotor feedback control theory and frequency conversion timing theory. The system structure and software's flow chart are designed. The application of PLC in this system is discussed. This system realized the ASR, ATR and ALR working to test the motorcycle parameters.
