环氧化酶-2与头颈部鳞癌关系的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 环氧化酶 (COX)是致炎物质前列腺素合成过程中的限速酶 ,COX - 2是环氧化酶的诱导型 ,研究显示 ,包括头颈部鳞癌 (HNSCC)在内的大多数恶性肿瘤都有COX - 2的阳性表达 ,深入研究COX - 2与头颈部鳞癌的关系 ,不仅可对HNSCC的预防提供新的途径 。
