摘要 目的 对早年从事放射工作的人员进行剂量重建。方法 用 1#、4 #全染色体探针进行荧光原位杂交 (FISH)分析了 2 2名探伤人员及 10名对照者的染色体畸变。结果 探伤人员染色体易位率、总畸变率显著高于对照组 ,二者差异有统计学意义 ;染色体易位率随探伤工龄增加而增加 ;探伤人员生物剂量与物理剂量比较基本一致。结论 用FISH方法检测染色体畸变对早期受照射人员进行剂量重建是可行的。 Objective To explore the usage of FISH in retrospective biodosimetry for individuals who had chronically exposed to ionizing radiation. Methods Chromosomal aberrations from 22 occupational workers having exposed to X-ray radiation and from 10 controls were analysed using FISH with probes for chromosomes 1,4. Results The frequencies of translocation and total aberrations observed in X-ray workers were statistically higher than those of controls.The longer working time one had the higher frequency of translocation. Conclusion The results indicate it is possible that FISH can be used in retrospective biodosimetry for individuals who have chronically exposed to ionizing radiation.\;
