E^(838)对小鼠辐射防护作用的研究 被引量:22

Radiation protective effects of four kind of estrogens on mice

摘要 目的 本研究对比观察E838、炔雌醇 (EE2 )、炔雌三醇 (EE3)、雌三醇 (E3)对照射小鼠 30d存活率及E838、炔雌醇雌活性对比测定。方法 实验分E838、EE2 、EE3、E3、对照共 5组 ,第 1批小鼠照射前 36h腹腔注射给药 1次 ,对照组腹腔注射茶油 ,第 2批小鼠在照射前 3d连续腹腔注射给药、对照组注射茶油 ,每日 1次 ,经1 37Csγ射线 8 0Gy全身一次性照射后 ,观察小鼠生存天数。出生 18d雌性小鼠腹腔注射 0 2ml,连续 3d给药后取子宫称重。结果 照射前 3d连续注射E838药物效价最高 ,存活率提高 33 9% ,雌活性低。结论 E838药物对造血组织有明显的放射防护作用 ,毒副作用小 ,能提高机体的防御能力。 Objective To observe the radioprotective effect of E 838, ethinyl estradiol (EE 2), ethinyl estriol (EE 3), estrio (E 3) on survival rate of KM mice irradiated with 8.0 Gy γ-rays,and compare estrogen activities of E 838 and EE 2. Methods Five groups of KM mice were injected intraperi-toneally with E 838,EE 2,EE 3,E 3 and tea oil (control group) respectively at 36 h or during 3 succesive days before irradiation. The doses were 25 μg for E 838, EE 2, 100 μg for EE 3 and E 3 per mouse.Female mice of 18 days old were injected with E 838 and EE 2 on 3,2 and 1 before irradiation. The radiation dose was 8 Gy 137Cs γ-rays with dose rate 1 Gy/min. Results The 30-day survival rate of mice injected with E 838 on 3,2 and 1 before irradiation was the highest,and the averaged survival rate was 33.9% higher than that of the control group. The estrogen activity of E 838 was low. Conclusion E 838 is an effectively protective drug aganist radiation.\;
