摘要
目的 研究巯基修饰剂DL型丁胱亚磺酰亚胺 (DL BSO)对大鼠C6 神经胶质瘤细胞谷胱甘肽 (GSH)含量的修饰作用。方法 利用Tietze还原酶法观察DL BSO对大鼠C6 神经胶质瘤细胞GSH的作用。结果 经DL BSO作用后大鼠C6 神经胶质瘤细胞GSH含量逐渐下降 ,并随时间延长下降速度延缓 ,GSH最低为对照组的 6 0 8%。结论 DL BSO能降低神经胶质瘤细胞的GSH含量。
Objective To observe the effect of DL-buthionine sulfoximine (DL-BSO) on GSH content in rat C 6 glioma cells. Method Tietze method was used to detect the effect of DL-BSO on GSH content. Results The GSH content in rat C 6 glioma cells reduced effectively after DL-BSO treatment, the reduction speed showed down with time,and the lowest value of the GSH content was 6.08% of that of the control. Conclusion DL-BSO can deplete intracellular GSH content in rat C 6 glioma cells.\;
