摘要
为了更有效利用麦曲中的高效菌株 ,通过进行菌种的分离、筛选 ,并加以有效利用制成糖化菌 ,发酵菌加到入到制曲原料中 ,起到强化大曲 ,增强糖化力。
To utilize high-effcient yeast of wheat effectively even more,it is the most effective method of carrying on separation of microzyme and making it into saccharification fungus.This paper propese that we make use of saccharification fungus,which is from the fermented raw materials,in order to get up and strengthen the yeast saccharification for making hard liquor.
