摘要 本文采用He-Ne激光照射日本沼虾的心脏、鳃和腹神经 ,研究其对日本沼虾组织细胞形态结构的影响。实验结果为 :(1)实验组的心脏和鳃组织细胞具有明显异染色质的细胞数量百分比要比对照组的分别增大 2 1.78%和 13.2 3% ;(2 )实验组的腹神经分泌细胞核的平均直径比对照组的缩小 0 .82 μm ,核内有明显异染色质的平均直径比对照组的缩小 1.6 9μm。实验表明 :He Ne激光照射后 。 This paper reports the results of the research project in which the heart, the gill and the abdominal ganglion of Macrobrachium nipponense were radiated by He-Ne laser, presents the effect of tissue cells of M.nipponense in the shape and the structure after the laser radiation: (1)The percentage of cell's quantities of obviously heterochromatin in cell's nuclei of the hearts and the gills of the laser groups increased by 21.78% and 13.23% over the control groups; (2) The average diameter of the nuclei of nervous cells of the abdominal ganglion were reduced by 0.82 μm compared with the control groups. The average diameter of the obviously heterochromatin in the nuclei of the laser groups were reduced by 1.69 μm compared with the control groups. The result is that heterochromatin of the nuclei were obviously concentrated by He-Ne laser radiation.
