摘要
[目的 ]探讨丙烯腈 (ACN)对职业接触工人红细胞膜ATP酶活性的影响。 [方法 ]对 119名ACN接触工人(接触组 )及 43名无毒物接触史工人 (对照组 )的红细胞膜上Na+ K+ ATPase和Ca2 + Mg2 + ATPase活性进行测定。 [结果 ]接触组和对照组红细胞膜上的Na+ K+ ATPase活性分别为 ( 5 .5 3± 0 .2 6)× 10 -3 μmolPi/( 10 7RBC·h)和 ( 5 .16± 0 .2 2 )× 10 -3 μmolPi/( 10 7RBC·h) ,Ca2 + Mg2 + ATPase活性为 ( 4 .97± 1.65 )× 10 -3 μmolPi/( 10 7RBC·h)和 ( 4 .92± 1.66)× 10 -3μmolPi/10 7RBC·h ,两组间两种酶的活性差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。 [结论
Objective In order to study the relationship between occupationally exposed to acrylonitrile(ACN) and aging marker of ACN workers. Na +-k + ATPase and Ca 2+-Mg 2+ ATPase activities of erythrocyte membrane were determined from another 119 ACN workers and 43 control subjects. The ATPase activities were not found notable difference between ACN-exposed and non-exposed workers(P>0.05). [Conclusion] The results from the study indicated that low concentration of ACN had not significant effects on workers′ aging.
