摘要
氮氧化物和一氧化碳是汽车尾气的主要气态成分 ,也是城市空气的主要污染物。本文从动物实验和流行病学两个方面 ,综述了国内外关于大气中低浓度氮氧化物和一氧化碳对神经行为功能及行为致畸作用的影响 ,包括毒物单独和联合作用及其毒作用机制 。
The main gaseous pollutants from automobile exhausts,nitrogen dioxides and carbon monoxide,are the major air pollutants in the city.It is harmful to exposed residents at the low concentration of nitrogen dioxides and carbon monoxide for long time.This article reviewed the studies on the effects of these pollutants on neurobehaviour functions including neurobehavioral teratogenesis overseas and in China.The interaction between nitrogen dioxides and carbon monoxide and the mechanisms of damage were also discussed.In addition,this article gives some clues to further studies.
