Based upon the data in the research report of passenger flow investigation on metro operation and theoretical forecast in the report of the feasibility of subway plan, the author carries out a statistical analysis and presents a practical method for designing the capacity of ride and surrender using forecast theory and method. Such a method possesses the advantages of simplifying the working burden in designing, and saving time and expenses.
