原位脑灌流技术及其应用

摘要 原位脑灌流技术是研究物质跨血脑屏障转运机制的一种快速、敏感、定量、可控的方法。该方法可简便地描绘出物质入脑的动力学变化并计算出相应的动力学参数 ;可研究许多物质如金属离子、肽类及蛋白质大分子、缓慢渗透物质的跨血脑屏障转运机制 ,阐明不饱和被动扩散 ,或者载体介导的竞争性转运的饱和机制 ;还可用于研究血脑屏障的性质。
